Carton/product damages resulting from mishandling during transit are the responsibility of the 3rd party carrier. IL uses strong sturdy boxes & we are not liable for shipper handling abuse. A claim must be filed by the owner/customer directly to carrier of said shipper number for resolution.

Screen Setup Charge: $60.00 (G) per colour, per location.
Price Includes: One Colour imprint, one location.
PMS Colour Match Charge: $40.00 (G) per colour, not available for Full Colour Imprint.
Email Proof Charge: $7.50 (G), add 5 days to production time.
Repeat Screen Charge: $32.50(G).
Please note: Small shifting of imprint cannot be avoided when printing. As each product is manufactured and printed individually, up to 3/16” movement in logo alignment may occur. Notebooks are intended for individual use and cannot be compared.

Important Information: Variations in print substrates/materials make it impossible to exactly duplicate PMS colours on Innovation Line products. Colour variation cannot be considered a defect due to ink, lighting, material or any other variation. PMS colour matching is not possible for any imprint method, including screen print, pad print, PhotoImage ® full colour direct, full colour label, transfer and sublimation. PMS is only a reference point and an approximation. Each product is manufactured and printed individually, so 3/16” movement in logo alignment may result and cannot be considered a defect in printing. Note on proofs: E Proofs are for logo placement and size approval only. The colours shown on e-proofs will not be accurately represented on monitors. Therefore, e-proofs cannot be an exact colour representation and factory is not responsible for ANY variation.
