PMS matches can only be close and cannot be matched exactly for digital printing. Claims resulting from printing imperfections only noticeable when magnified or enlarged will not be accepted. Logos/printing must be viewed at arms length by the human eye.

Failures include but are not limited to; lost packages, incorrect address routing & delayed shipments. Carton/product damages resulting from mishandling during transit are the responsibility of the 3rd party carrier. IL uses strong sturdy boxes & we are not liable for shipper handling abuse. A claim must be filed by the owner/customer directly to carrier of said shipper number for resolution.

DESCRIPTION/FEATURES

7” Extra Thick EVA Foam Nail File with grit on both sides. The thicker foam base is a nice upgrade to old fashioned emery boards. Clear vinyl sleeve included, in bulk. Price includes up to a Full Color PhotoImage™ Imprint with only one low setup charge. More Colors, Same Price! 2nd side imprint also available at additional charge.

Note: Packaging: Bulk uninserted. Nail files and vinyl sleeves are packed bulk and shipped separately.

General Information

PhotoImage ® Full Colour Imprint Setup Charge: $60.00 (G) for one-sided imprint or same artwork used on both sides.
Standard Production times are listed on each page with the appropriate product and are for one decoration side unless otherwise noted. (Please note special instructions, second or more sided decoration locations and mixed decoration methods may add time to published production times)Production time can vary from published times as capacity constraints and seasonality may impact scheduling. Please consult the website for up to date information.
To insert files into vinyl sleeves add 2 days : $0.20 (G) each and specify.
Price Includes: up to a Full Colour Imprint on one side of nail file.
Less Than Minimum Charge: $60.00(G) plus first column price sorry no EQP, no NQP, plus regular Set Up charge. Absolute minimum is 50% of the first column quantity.
Email Proof Charge: $7.50 (G).
Repeat Setup Charge: $32.50(G).
Please note: Exact PMS colour match cannot be achieved when printing digitally on the surface of nail files. E-Proofs are only a colour approximation of actual CMYK digital printing and will not match printed product exactly. Imprint on top of grit subject to normal wear and tear which is not considered a defect.

Important Information:Variations in print substrates/materials make it impossible to exactly duplicate PMS colours on Innovation Line products. Colour variation cannot be considered a defect due to ink, lighting, material or any other variation. PMS colour matching is not possible for any imprint method, including screen print, pad print, PhotoImage ® full colour direct, full colour label, transfer and sublimation. PMS is only a reference point and an approximation. Each product is manufactured and printed individually, so 3/16” movement in logo alignment may result and cannot be considered a defect in printing. Note on proofs: E Proofs are for logo placement and size approval only. The colours shown on e-proofs will not be accurately represented on monitors. Therefore, e-proofs cannot be an exact colour representation and factory is not responsible for ANY variation.
