Material Colour: Material colour may vary from shipment to shipment and dye lot to dye lot. The physical colour of an object depends on how it absorbs and scatters light. No electronic device can truly capture actual colour and in most cases the way each person experiences colour is entirely subjective. Innovation makes no claims regarding colour and if material colour is critical to your customer, samples must be ordered in advance. Credits will not be made nor returns accepted for issues regarding material colours.

- Please Note: Regarding colour matching, dye-sublimation printing process uses a computer printer to generate a heat transfer to transfer the image onto fabric. Dye-sublimation printing machines use CMYO (Cyan Magenta Yellow Overcoating) colours, which differs from the more recognized CMYK colours in that the black is eliminated in favor of a clear overcoating. As a result, PMS inks cannot be matched exactly. They are only a reference point and an approximation. Factory will do it’s best to match but cannot guarantee an exact colour match.
Important Information: Variations in print substrates/materials make it impossible to exactly duplicate PMS colours on Innovation Line products. Colour variation cannot be considered a defect due to ink, lighting, material or any other variation. PMS colour matching is not possible for any imprint method, including screen print, pad print, PhotoImage ® full colour direct, full colour label, transfer and sublimation. PMS is only a reference point and an approximation. Each product is manufactured and printed individually, so 3/16” movement in logo alignment may result and cannot be considered a defect in printing. Note on proofs: E Proofs are for logo placement and size approval only. The colours shown on e-proofs will not be accurately represented on monitors. Therefore, e-proofs cannot be an exact colour representation and factory is not responsible for ANY variation. #HB100/#HB100HTOP3 - Slight variations in overall size can not be avoided.
