Canpar/Border Crossing Customs Delays: IL is not responsible for service failures incurred with 3rd party freight carriers. Failures include but are not limited to; lost packages, incorrect address routing & delayed shipments. Carton/product damages resulting from mishandling during transit are the responsibility of the 3rd party carrier. IL uses strong sturdy boxes & we are not liable for shipper handling abuse. A claim must be filed by the owner/customer directly to carrier of said shipper number for resolution.

General Information

Set-up charge: $60.00(G) per colour per location.
Price includes one-colour imprint, one location.
Less Than Minimum Charge: $60.00(G) plus first column price sorry no EQP, no NQP, plus regular Set Up charge. Absolute minimum is 50% of the first column quantity.
Second colour/location imprint: Add $0.50(G) plus $60.00(G) set-up charge.
PhotoImage® Full colour imprint: (250 pieces minimum) Add $1.10(G) running charge plus $60.00(G) set-upcharge. Add 5 days to production time. Exact colour match for Full-colour imprint is not guaranteed.
Please note: Small shifting of imprint cannot be avoided when printing. As each product is manufactured and printed individually, up to 3/16” movement in logo alignment may occur. Products are intended for individual use and cannot be compared one to another. Product material thickness, size and color as well as ink color will vary slightly from product to product and order to order and dye lot to dye lot, current order cannot match previous order. PMS colors will be very close, however inks are mixed by hand with some variation and cannot be compared to e proofs. Copy Change request must meet 1/2 of the first column quantity. No exceptions. All applicable charges will be applied..
