Failures include but are not limited to; lost packages, incorrect address routing & delayed shipments. Carton/product damages resulting from mishandling during transit are the responsibility of the 3rd party carrier. IL uses strong sturdy boxes & we are not liable for shipper handling abuse. A claim must be filed by the owner/customer directly to carrier of said shipper number for resolution.

There is a flat depressed box which appears like a patch/underlay beneath the logo and copy and it will not match the sock color exactly. This cannot be avoided and is not considered a defect.

General Information

Setup Charge: $60.00 (G) per colour, per location.
Price Includes: One colour imprint, one location.
Less Than Minimum Charge: $60.00(G) plus first column price sorry no EQP, no NQP, plus regular Set Up charge. Absolute minimum is 50% of the first column quantity.
PMS Colour Match Charge: $40.00 (G) per colour.
Email Proof Charge: $7.50 (G).
Repeat Setup Charge: $32.50 (G).
Please note: Slight shifting of logo/text cannot be avoided. As each product is manufactured and logoed individually, up to 3/16” movement in logo alignment may occur. Products are intended for individual use and cannot be compared one to another, current order cannot match previous order. In Photoimage Full colour printing, exact color match cannot be achieved. There may be a dramatic difference between the PMS Color noted, screen colour shown and printed colour. None of these can be considered a defect.

Important Information: Variations in print substrates/materials make it impossible to exactly duplicate PMS colours on Innovation Line products. Colour variation cannot be considered a defect due to ink, lighting, material or any other variation. PMS colour matching is not possible for any imprint method, including screen print, pad print, PhotoImage ® full colour direct, full colour label, transfer and sublimation. PMS is only a reference point and an approximation. Each product is manufactured and printed individually, so 3/16” movement in logo alignment may result and cannot be considered a defect in printing. Note on proofs: E Proofs are for logo placement and size approval only. The colours shown on e-proofs will not be accurately represented on monitors. Therefore, e-proofs cannot be an exact colour representation and factory is not responsible for ANY variation.
