A claim must be filed by the owner/customer directly to carrier of said shipper number for resolution.

Spot Colour Price Includes: One color imprint only on pouch, one location only. Sorry components are pre-inserted and cannot be changed or substituted. For Imprint on Additional Components of Kits, add $0.50 (G) per item, one color imprint only, plus set up charge. Add 3 Days Production Time. Imprint on White Headphones not available.
Repeat Setup Charge : $32.50(G).Repeat order ink colors will vary from order to order.
Less Than Minimum Charge: $60.00(G) plus first column price sorry no EQP, no NQP, plus regular Set Up charge. Absolute minimum is 50% of the first column quantity.
PMS Colour Match Charge: $40.00 (G) per colour.
Email Proof Charge: $7.50 (G).

Colour variation cannot be considered a defect due to ink, lighting, material or any other variation. PMS colour matching is not possible for any imprint method, including screen print, pad print, PhotoImage ® full colour direct, full colour label, transfer and sublimation. PMS is only a reference point and an approximation. Each product is manufactured and printed individually, so 3/16” movement in logo alignment may result and cannot be considered a defect in printing. Note on proofs: E Proofs are for logo placement and size approval only. The colours shown on e-proofs will not be accurately represented on monitors. Therefore, e-proofs cannot be an exact colour representation and factory is not responsible for ANY variation. Yoyos and Spinners are intended for individual use and cannot be compared.
