Material Colour: Material colour may vary from shipment to shipment and dye lot to dye lot. The physical colour of an object depends on how it absorbs and scatters light. No electronic device can truly capture actual colour and in most cases the way each person experiences colour is entirely subjective. Innovation makes no claims regarding colour and if material colour is critical to your customer, samples must be ordered in advance. Credits will not be made nor returns accepted for issues regarding material colours.
Disclaimer : This bag is designed to be lightweight and economical for light-duty use. Because of this, some differences in print and construction may be noticeable compared to heavier-duty bags. These are not considered defects. The bag’s material is thin and can tear easily—sometimes with just a small overload or if sharp or rigid objects are placed inside. The printing process is done by hand and only one per bag, so misalignments such as off-center or crooked prints may occur. During the ink curing process, heat is used, which can cause wrinkling or puckering—especially with larger or ink-heavy designs. These variations are normal and not considered defects, so returns or claims will not be accepted for them. If you’re unsure or concerned about these characteristics, we recommend choosing a more durable bag instead.

- Price Includes: One colour imprint, one location.
- Less Than Minimum Charge: $60.00(G) plus first column price sorry no EQP, no NQP, plus regular Set Up charge. Absolute minimum is 50% of the first column quantity.
- Price Includes: up to a Full Colour Imprint. Exact colour match cannot be achieved. Add 3 Days to Production.
- PMS Colour Match Charge: $40.00 (G) per colour, not available for Full Colour Imprint.
- Email Proof Charge: $7.50 (G), add 5 days to production time.
- Repeat Setup Charge: $32.50(G).
- Please note: Small shifting of imprint cannot be avoided when printing. As each product is manufactured and printed individually, up to 3/16” movement in logo alignment may occur. Products are intended for individual use and cannot be compared one to another. Product material thickness, size and color as well as ink color will vary slightly from product to product and order to order and dye lot to dye lot, current order cannot match previous order. PMS colors will be very close, however inks are mixed by hand with some variation and cannot be compared to e proofs. Copy Change request must meet 1/2 of the first column quantity. No exceptions. All applicable charges will be applied..
Important Information:Variations in print substrates/materials make it impossible to exactly duplicate PMS colours on Innovation Line products. Colour variation cannot be considered a defect due to ink, lighting, material or any other variation. PMS colour matching is not possible for any imprint method, including screen print, pad print, PhotoImage® full colour direct, full colour label, transfer and sublimation. PMS is only a reference point and an approximation. Each product is manufactured and printed individually, so 3/16” movement in logo alignment may result and cannot be considered a defect in printing. Note on proofs: E Proofs are for logo placement and size approval only. The colours shown on e-proofs will not be accurately represented on monitors. Therefore, e-proofs cannot be an exact colour representation and factory is not responsible for ANY variation.
