Failures include but are not limited to; lost packages, incorrect address routing & delayed shipments. Carton/product damages resulting from mishandling during transit are the responsibility of the 3rd party carrier. IL uses strong sturdy boxes & we are not liable for shipper handling abuse. A claim must be filed by the owner/customer directly to carrier of said shipper number for resolution.

Less Than Minimum Charge: $60.00(G) plus first column price sorry no EQP, no NQP, plus regular Set Up charge. Absolute minimum is 50% of the first column quantity.
PMS Colour Match Charge: not available for Full Colour Imprint
Email Proof Charge: $7.50 (G), add 2 days to production time.
Repeat Label Setup Charge: $32.50(G).
Please Note: Small bubbles and variation in vinyl label application alignment cannot be avoided and is not considered a defect.

Important Information:Variations in print substrates/materials make it impossible to exactly duplicate PMS colours on Innovation Line products. Colour variation cannot be considered a defect due to ink, lighting, material or any other variation. PMS colour matching is not possible for any imprint method, including screen print, pad print. PMS is only a reference point and an approximation. Each product is manufactured and printed individually, so 3/16” movement in logo alignment may result and cannot be considered a defect in printing. Note on proofs: E Proofs are for logo placement and size approval only. The colours shown on e-proofs will not be accurately represented on monitors. Therefore, e-proofs cannot be an exact colour representation and factory is not responsible for ANY variation.
