• Repeat Setup Charge: $32.50(G).
• Blank Goods: We require a minimum of 2 full production days to ship blanks. Orders received before 5PM PST will ship 2 business days from the day the order is received. Orders received after 5PM PST will be assigned as received the following day.  
• **Optional Doming: Add two days to production times.
• Please note:  Direct Imprint/Laser Engraving//Vinyl Label - Slight shifting of logo/text cannot be avoided. As each product is manufactured and logoed individually, up to 3/16” movement in logo alignment may occur. 4CP Vinyl Label - When printing on white vinyl label small bubbles and variation in vinyl label application alignment cannot be avoided. There may be a dramatic difference between the PMS colour noted, screen colour shown and printed colour. In 4-colour process printing, exact colour match cannot be achieved. Products are intended for individual use and cannot be compared one to another. None of these can be considered a defect.

Important Information: Variations in print substrates/materials make it impossible to exactly duplicate PMS colours on Innovation Line products. Colour variation cannot be considered a defect due to ink, lighting, material or any other variation. PMS colour matching is not possible for any imprint method, including spot colour direct print or 4CP vinyl label. PMS is only a reference point and an approximation. Laser engraving appears on actual item as tone on tone (as the laser engraving uses the laser to burn through the surface), on clear acrylic it appears white frost, on a proof laser engraving is most often shown in gray colour. Imprint will shift slightly when printed or lasered. Each product is manufactured and printed individually, so 3/16” movement in logo alignment may result and cannot be considered a defect in printing. Vinyl labels may have small bubbles and variation in label application cannot be avoided. Note on proofs: E Proofs are for logo placement and size approval only. The colours shown on e-proofs will not be accurately represented on monitors. Therefore, e-proofs cannot be an exact colour representation and factory is not responsible for ANY variation.
