Failures include but are not limited to; lost packages, incorrect address routing & delayed shipments. Carton/product damages resulting from mishandling during transit are the responsibility of the 3rd party carrier. IL uses strong sturdy boxes & we are not liable for shipper handling abuse. A claim must be filed by the owner/customer directly to carrier of said shipper number for resolution.

Our new cable knit toque is medium weight and features a fluffy soft inner lining for extra comfort and warmth. It features a stylish off-centred faux leather patch with up to a full-colour imprint included in the price. Our imprint method saves on expensive embroidery charges and provides a high detail full colour print. One size fits most.

Price Includes: PhotoImage® full-colour imprint on PU brown patch on front of toque. Exact colour matches are not guaranteed.
Less Than Minimum Charge: $60.00(G) plus first column price sorry no EQP, no NQP, plus regular Set Up charge. Absolute minimum is 50% of the first column quantity.
Repeat Screen Charge: $32.50 (G).
Please note: Slight shifting of logo/text cannot be avoided. As each product is manufactured and logoed individually, up to 3/16" movement in logo alignment may occur. Products are intended for individual use and cannot be compared one to another, current order cannot match previous order. In 4-colour process printing, exact colour match cannot be achieved. There may be a dramatic difference between the PMS Colour noted, screen colour shown and printed colour. None of these can be considered a defect. Material Colour: Material colour may vary from shipment and dye lot to dye lot. The physical colour of an object depends on how it absorbs and scatters light. No electronic device can truly capture actual colour and in most cases the way each person experiences colour is entirely subjective. Innovation makes no claims regarding colour and if material colour is critical to your customer, samples must be ordered in advance. Credits will not be made nor returns accepted for issues regarding material colours.
