Carton/product damages resulting from mishandling during transit are the responsibility of the 3rd party carrier. IL uses strong sturdy boxes & we are not liable for shipper handling abuse. A claim must be filed by the owner/customer directly to carrier of said shipper number for resolution.

No electronic device can truly capture actual colour and in most cases the way each person experiences colour is entirely subjective. Innovation makes no claims regarding colour and if material colour is critical to your customer, samples must be ordered in advance. Credits will not be made nor returns accepted for issues regarding material colours.

Disclaimer: Suitable For Children 6+ Years. All puzzle pieces are uniform and have the same die-cut shape. Puzzle does not contain mosaic-style pieces. Minor curling or buckling may occur during production or shipping and is not considered a defect. If this occurs, simply flatten the pieces back into shape while assembling the puzzle during play. Once assembled puzzle may not lay completely flat this is a result of the decoration process which cannot be avoided and not a defect. If artwork does not feature a busy design or repetitive elements, puzzle assembly may be more challenging. Dark color and solid color backgrounds are not recommended. We recommend selecting images with varied details or non-repeating patterns, as these provide more visual clues and make assembly easier. Minimal or abstract designs may require more precise placement of each piece for the final image to assemble correctly.

Puzzle pieces are packaged inside a deluxe vinyl pouch which includes an attached full-colour vinyl label of your puzzle image on the pouch. A full-colour edge-to-edge imprint on the puzzle is included in the price. Pieces are made from quality 350 gram white chipboard with a glossy finish. Moderate difficulty.

Price Includes: Photolmage® Full Color Digital Imprint on puzzle and Vinyl Label on pouch (exact color matches are not guaranteed). Same imprint on both, no exceptions. Additional imprint location on pouch not available.
Less Than Minimum Charge: $60.00(G) plus first column price sorry no EQP, no NQP, plus regular Set Up charge. Absolute minimum is 50% of the first column quantity.
Repeat Setup Charge: $32.50 (G).
Please note: Slight shifting of logo/text cannot be avoided. As each product is manufactured and logoed individually, up to 3/16” movement in logo alignment may occur. Products are intended for individual use and cannot be compared one to another, current order cannot match previous order. In Photoimage Full color printing, exact color match cannot be achieved. There may be a dramatic difference between the PMS Color noted, screen color shown and printed color. None of these can be considered a defect.
